Minimum 2 nights   RATES $NZ per couple/night:
LOW except holidays; 6 April – 20 Nov $120,
HIGH include holidays 20 Dec – 6 Feb $140, rest of year $130.
Additional adults $40/head/night, Kids<17 $20/night.
Optional ensuite upstairs cleaning fee $50
One month or longer 20% discount prepay excludes December/January.

Booking/holding deposit $200 is recommended, balance at least 2 weeks prior arrival.

TERMS
Credit card details at time of booking in case of damage or breach of terms, otherwise your deposit as a bond may apply; advise your preference. Garage is not included and if stairs are of safety concern for your party please make other arrangements.

Check in after 2pm and check out before 10am unless extended by prior arrangement.

No overnight unbooked guests, pets, loud parties, or smokers, breaching these conditions will attract penalty.
